The typical day of who follows a sustainable lifestyle
7.30 a.m. - If a good day starts from the beginning there is nothing better to have breakfast with eco friendly products. Organic jams, local honey and chocolate cream with organic nuts, there is plenty to choose from! A hot cappuccino with fairtrade coffee and the breakfast is ready.
8.30 a.m. - It is late. It is time to go to work. Through the window I can see a clear sky without clouds lighted by the first rays of the sun. Surely bike is the best choice. Arrival time 9.00 a.m. without the risk to waste time to look for a carpark. Hurrah for the sustainable mobility!
1.00 p.m. - Finally lunch break! I wait few minutes for the tram and in 5 minutes I arrive to my favourite sustainable restaurant. Menu of the day: noodles with porcini mushrooms, fry mozzarella, fresh seasonal vegetables and cherries jam tart as dessert.
2.00 p.m. - Delicious lunch! I come out of the restaurant and I decide to return to my office with the most ecosustainable and healthy method that is walking. After a full morning spent in front of a computer a walk is good also for my health.
6.00 p.m. - Another work day is over. I get on my bike again to come back home but before I pop over to the eco-friendly shop at the corner. No maybe it is better that I go home first to take the empty bottle so that I can charge it on tap.
