Best invisible ecosustainable practices

The actions that all ecologic companies undertake, but of which none "cares about"

Thanks to the comparison between data gathered through EcoAssessments made by companies and the ones given by users through EcoOpinions, The GreenWatcher is able to identify which are the sustainable actions that have the bigger appeal on consumers (read also Did you know that the most users noticed eco-friendly thing is recycling?), pushing them to consider a place as eco-friendly, and the ones that are actually invisible to people, and that do not contribute at all to the company's green reputation.

There are three main issues particularly "invisible" and are precisely those that are hard to be noticed. The first is the use of energy produced from renewable sources; the systems are typically located on the roof of the building and very often it’s impossible to see them from the street. The second is the kind of logistics used; also taking advantage of the many incentives, some businesses are already equipped with low-pollution or even electric vehicles. The latest is a low consumption equipment; such products, lighting excluded, are often located in places not open to the public because they’re use in the production and not so much to the sell.

The best strategy is to start a communications program on site, based just on simple actions, like that of hanging policies in places used by customers. These should be simple and immediate: a good slogan or a nice illustration is worth well over a papyrus filled with technical knowledge. The GreenWatcher Certificate of eco-sustainability is made exactly for that.

If you have an eco-friendly company, and you haven't done it yet, try our EcoAsses and get The GreenWatcher Certificate of Ecosustainability to hang inside of your business and let know to all your customers how sustainable you are.
